      Mums and bubs group fitness classes are available at Maroochydore as part of the Healthy Sunshine Coast Mums program.

      Council supports the low cost fitness class for mums with kids aged 0 to 5 years.

      While there is no formal childcare, the instructors work with mums to include or make the children feel welcome.
